Maybe I just have problem skin. Nothing I tried did what I expected. It is too bad. The office is clean and they seem professional and courteous. I have thin skin. I am of English/Irish, Eastern European heritage. I do not smoke or drink and my weight is good but I am considered thin, so m/b not enough fat in my fat. I just could not get any good results. :(
